IMPORTING

Clover Valley paved the way for many Australian imports and exports and is credited with opening the doors to the international markets in America and Asia.

 

Clover Valley introduced Spanish ethical foie gras to the Australian market and is the exclusive representative of La Pateria de Sousa foie gras, as well as the first to import Spanish jamons to Australia and exclusively represents the most premium brands; Joselito, Carnicas 7 Hermanos and Jamon de Trevelez.

EXPORTING

The majority of our meat exports are sourced from Australia and as an island continent, provides a natural barrier to problematic diseases namely, Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) and foot and mouth disease, which hamper meat exports in many other parts of the world. Australia is renowned for its “clean and green” produce and this coupled with an exceptional quality assurance framework, creates a unique supply base.

 

We are a member of the Australian Meat Industry Council, hold an export licence issued by the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) and are licensed with AUS-MEAT who are responsible for establishing and maintaining National Industry Standards.

 

To ensure that we remain at the forefront of industry and technological advancements, we and our suppliers adhere to comprehensive quality assurance programs overseen by AUS-MEAT, which include strict food safety and hygiene control. These programs control product quality, licensing, labelling, testing, religious slaughter and certification and are complimented by a sales team that are all accredited with AUS-Meat, ensuring the highest service possible.
